General terms and conditions<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n

The prices are in swiss francs (CHF) swiss VAT 7.7% included, delivery or shipping fees not included.<\/p>\n

Vintage furniture, lights and objects:
\n<\/strong>Kissthedesign is against replica and doesn\u2019t sell fake design\u00a0items! As design expert we can deliver certificate of authenticity upon request.
\nQuality is very important for us! We do our best to select items in good condition. Our items are original vintage, so they might show signs of age, any wear is described as soon as it exceed the normal age wear. We test the good working condition of the lamps.
\nThe vintage items are second hand, so they are sold without guarantee, except of authenticity.<\/p>\n

Mid century modern reedition and contemporary design, new products:
\n<\/strong>Our collection of reeditions includes only licenced reissues. Some of them are even produced by their historical manufacturer. The reeditions are new products and are covered by the different manufacturer\u2019s guarantees.<\/p>\n

The limited editions of contemporary design are considered like work of art, so they are not covered by any guarantee, except of authenticity.<\/p>\n

Delivery:
\n<\/strong>The delivery or shipping costs are not included in the price. The transport is handled by shippers at different conditions, depending on destination, object size and value.
\nDelivery or shipping happens once payment received in full.
\nEvery item can be collected in Lausanne (Avenue de Rumine 4), free of shipping charges.
\nThe delivery time indicated on the website is indicative and not legally binding. We try our best to communicate you a delivery date as accurate as possible, but on some occasions the manufacturer may be delayed through circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to keep you informed. But please note that delays don\u2019t allow any order cancellation or refund.<\/p>\n
