From june 24 to september 3 2011, Kissthedesign gallery’s summer exhibition will explore the field between contemporary art and graphic design under the title GRAPHIC ART with the artists Zeitguised (Berlin-D), Mathias Forbach (Vevey) and A3 collectif (Lausanne). The exhibition showcases an overview of a certain tendency to hybridation between art and applied arts. An exciting project beyond genre’s boundaries.

The 3 artists of the exhibition are all professionals in the field visual communication : graphic designer, illustrator or 3D motion designer,  that are close to contemporary art.

Zeitguised is a reference in Europe for creative 3D, they are at the same time top 3D director, well known for their high-tech and surreal commercials and music videos, and artist recognized in the international networks of media art (Resfest, Onedotzero, ZKM Karlsruhe, etc.)
Mathias Forbach, is an freelance graphic designer and illustrator based in Vevey and is, since years, very close to the contemporary art world. He belongs to the young generation of drawing.
A3 collectif, from Lausanne, is composed by two graphic designers, Yvo Hählen and Julien Wulf and by the communication designer Priscilla Balmer. The collective, that comes from street art and illustration,  practices an urban and arty graphic design.
