Dresser 6 serie 62, design Greta Grossman.
Greta Grossman (1906-1999) maintained a prolific forty-year career on two continents: Europe and North America. She worked as an industrial and interior designer and architect.
Designed in 1952, but named “the 62-series” because they were ten years ahead of their time. The slender metal legs with the small solid wood spheres are a contrast to the sharp rectangular shapes, giving the furniture a characteristic appearance of lightness. It is made in American walnut, legs in powder-coated metal and a black, full gloss finish on the top plates and doors.
Dresser with 6 drawers, black and american walnut. Top AICA laminate and painted edges.
Size 160 x 45 cm H 72 cm.
