Rare Balla table, Gilles Derain, Lumen Center.
Rare lounge table Balla by french designer Gilles Derain (1944) for the italian manufacturer Lumen Center. Designed in 1988, the table is no longer in production and is an hard to find collector’s item. The postmodern and sculptural style of the table is inspired by Italian futurism.
Coffee table in chrome-plated steel. In very good vintage condition with wear, patina and scratches as well as some oxidation.
